In The Red Sea Sharks, Tintin, Captain Haddock, and Snowy become involved in an international adventure that takes them from Europe to the Middle East and across the Red Sea. Early in the story, the famous Citroën 2CV appears during the lively rally scenes, where its modest design and reliable nature provide a humorous contrast to the more powerful vehicles competing around it.
