In Tintin in the Land of Black Gold (page 16, vignette D3), on his way to Khemkhâh prison, Tintin goes up in smoke... or rather, is kidnapped in the middle of a screen of smoke. Unconscious, he is taken by force by two masked individuals who will take him straight to Sheikh Bab El Ehr.

The Morris Six Partisans is part of the “Cars from the Adventures of Tintin” collection. This series brings together 71 replicas of the main models taken from the Hergé saga. Each vehicle has been carefully reproduced, with a high quality of finish and a great wealth of details.

Morris Six Series MS Saloon Sedan – Tintin and the Land of Black Gold

The background of this 1/24 scale model car refers to an exciting scene from Tintin and the Land of Black Gold. While Tintin is walking through the city with two bodyguards, a Morris Six Series MS Sedan suddenly appears carrying two mysterious men.

The car stops abruptly, a smoke bomb is thrown, and in the confusion Tintin is kidnapped. The attackers — wearing gas masks — drag him into the car and speed off towards the desert. There, they bring him to a sheikh who believes Tintin knows more about a shipment of weapons.

This scene is one of the most thrilling moments in the story, combining mystery, action, and adventure. The Morris Six perfectly captures the style of the 1940s — a true collector’s item for every Tintin fan or classic car enthusiast.
